Yotta DCL and Mayrise combine to become Yotta

Nov 1, 2013

Yotta has today launched to market with a new identity, and vision following the acquisition of Mayrise Systems by Yotta DCL earlier this year. A provider of software and services that help customers transform how they manage infrastructure assets, Yotta counts most local authorities, national agencies and utility companies as customers. With solutions for data collection, dissemination, analysis and integration Yotta encapsulates innovation, imagination and expertise within every product they deliver and every project they complete.

“The integration of Mayrise products, services and indeed customers at the core of Yotta is crucial to the success not only of this re-launch but of the businesses’ success over forthcoming years,” commented Nick Smee, CEO of Yotta. “Moving forward with a single, recognisable and trusted brand we will continue to invest, with imagination and expertise, in the development and application of innovative solutions that enable our customers to efficiently and effectively manage their infrastructure assets.”

He continued, “Importantly for our customers, partners and the market outwardly very little will change. We will continue to operate out of our headquarters here in Leamington Spa as well as our offices in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire and our experienced, professional team will still be on hand to support our growing customer base.”

Yotta is part of the OMG Plc group of companies. Established in 2007 when OMG Plc purchased Data Collection Limited in order to add highways surveying capability to the image understanding they already possessed Yotta has grown into a global provider of hardware, software and services for the management of infrastructure assets.
