21 February 2019 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2.30pm today.
At the AGM, Roger Parry, Chairman of Oxford Metrics, will make the following statement:
"The Board is pleased to announce that Oxford Metrics has made a positive start to the new financial year. The Group’s current trading performance is in-line with achieving market expectations for the full year ending September 2019. The Group continues to make progress against its stated five-year strategic plan announced in December 2016, to double profits and triple recurring revenue over that five-year timeframe.

In line with previous years, the Group continues to be second half weighted in terms of revenue and remains encouraged by the strong pipelines building across the business. Consequently, the Board remains confident of the Group's prospects for the year.”
The Company will provide further information on trading when it announces interim results for the six months ending 31 March 2019.
