15 February 2019 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that Jonathon Reeve, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Board of his wish to retire from the Company. Jonathon will be standing down before the 2020 AGM, expected to be held in February 2020.
The Board intends to initiate a search for a new Non-Executive Director, who will also be Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Further details will be announced when the process is completed.
Commenting on the appointment Roger Parry, Chairman of Oxford Metrics, said:
