Roger Parry CBE
Non-Executive Director
Roger joined the board in June 2016 with an extensive career in the media sector. He has been Chairman of several UK-listed companies including Johnston Press plc, Future plc, Mobile Streams plc and YouGov plc. He was on the board of Uber UK and Clear Media Hong Kong. Previously he was CEO of Clear Channel International and More Group plc and spent three years with McKinsey, the international consulting firm and prior to that was a TV and radio journalist with the BBC and ITV.
Roger served as Non-Executive Chair of the Company until the appointment of Gary Bullard as Chair on 4 November 2025. To ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities, Roger shall remain as a Non-Executive Director until the end of November 2025
