Exercise of Options & Directors Dealing

 

OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing Computer Vision products and services for the entertainment, life science, engineering industries and consumer electronics markets, announces that it has applied for 1,944,984 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 June 2015 following the exercise of share options by certain of its directors and employees.

As part of this option exercise the following Directors of the Company exercised share options:

In addition, the Company was informed today that on 9 June 2015 Nick Bolton sold 401,916 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 44.5 pence per share. The Company was also informed today that on 9 June 2015 Cathy Robertson sold 176,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 44.5 pence per share.

Accordingly Nick Bolton now has a beneficial interest in 1,172,467 Ordinary Shares, representing 1% of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as described below.  David Deacon now has a beneficial interest in 451,984 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as described below. Cathy Robertson now has a beneficial interest in 1,286,801 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1% of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as described below.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 1,944,984 new Ordinary Shares on 15 June 2015 the Company will have a total of 116,052,798Ordinary Shares in issue each carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
