Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing software company servicing, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 7 January 2022 certain employees of the Company exercised a total of 246,250 options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's share option schemes.

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 246,250 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 13 January 2022.

 

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 127,358,390 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 127,358,390.
