Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

 

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 08 January an employee of the Company exercised 10,000 options of ordinary shares in the Company.

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 10,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 14 January 2020.

 

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 126,430,168 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 126,430,168.
