9 February 2023 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing software company, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2.00pm today.
At the AGM, Nick Bolton, Oxford Metrics CEO, will make the following statement:
"Oxford Metrics entered FY23 with a record order book. The Board is pleased to announce that following a good start to the new financial year, the Group has continued to experience high order intake and has a substantial order book. This, together with recently shipped systems and current sales pipeline opportunities, means the Group has 100% visibility on revenue expectations for the full year. In line with previous years, the Group will be second-half weighted in terms of revenue.
“The industry-wide supply chain situation continues to improve and, assuming no unforeseen disruption, the Board remains confident of delivering a trading performance in-line with achieving market expectations for the full year ending September 2023. Further information on trading will be provided when interim results for the six months ending 31 March 2023 are announced."
