Margaret joined the Board in June 2025 with over 27 years’ executive experience at Rolls Royce, where she held senior leadership positions, including Finance Director. Margaret brings strong expertise in M&A, international growth, turnarounds and transformation and, has over 10 years’ non-executive Board experience with global FTSE 250 companies including Hunting plc, Volution plc and Tyman plc. Margaret currently holds several non-executive positions and is a Fellow of the CIMA and CIPS institutes.
